I've placed my order. What do I do next?
First thing's first, get excited. You're going to look great!
Your order will ship 2-5 days before your rental begin date. Once it's shipped, you can track your order in real-time.
Be sure to try on everything the moment your order arrives. If something doesn't fit, at this time we do not offer replacement. That's why we recommend adding a backup size when you order.
Where can I find my order number?
You can find your order number on our website by clicking the account icon and then "Order History." You can also find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
My rental hasn't arrived yet. When can I expect to receive it?
Orders typically ship out 2-5 days before your rental begin date. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please use the tracking infomation or number provided to get the latest package status.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item in your order, we'll do everything we can to get you a free replacement. Please be sure to try on your order immediately upon receiving it. The sooner we know there's an issue, the sooner we can get you a replacement.
Please contact us via email email@example.com immediately and place a new order as soon as possible. We will refund the full amount from the previous order. The refund will take 3-5 business days. The expected delivery time will be expedited to 1-2 business days. We will be provided prior to confirming your order.
What happens if I receive a damage item and Boss Bunny can't get me a replacement in time for my event?
It's unlikely, but there are rare cases where we're not able to get a replacement to you in time for your event.
If that's the case, we'll always credit your account for the full rental cost of the item you were hoping to replace.
