At Boss Bunny, we’ve always got you covered, and we stand behind our products. If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please see our Return Policy for details. All sale items and accessories such as hats are final sale and are not returnable.
If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund. Transit times are not included within this period . If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Shipping for returns is free within the U.S. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for returns originating outside of the U.S.
Currently, we can only accept returns for products purchased on BossBunnySportswear.com. For purchases made through a partner retail store, no returns and exchange only.To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and unwashed in the same condition you received it with all tags intact. It must also be in the original packaging.
Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded. Please allow up to 7-14 business days to receive your refund from the time we receive your return.
Any items purchased from a Boss Bunny Pop-Up Shop (FitExpo, Europa, Olympia, Arnold Classic etc) can be exchanged or returned depending on the circumstance.
Exchanges: If you would prefer another size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
- Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.
- Instances of abuse of the Boss Bunny Return Policy.
How long will my return take to process?
Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 7-14 business days of receiving your return order. We can only accept returns if the merchandise was directly purchased from bossbunnysportswear.com. At this time, we cannot process returns from partner retail stores.
How can I reprint my return label?
After clicking the link here https://bossbunnysportswear.com/a/returns , enter order number and email. The returns for the order number will be listed. Please click on the order number associated with your order. You will get the shipping instructions and return label after the request is approved. This will be sent to you via email.
How do I check my return status?
After you have returned your order, you can check its status online any time. If you are logged in, you can check return status at My Account.
How do I exchange my order?
Exchanges are not currently supported by our online returns process. If you would like to exchange your current item for a different item, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return, and then create a new order for the item you would like in exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and accessories such as hats are not returnable.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate promo code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for returns originating outside of the U.S. and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
