Unfortunately, we can't make any changes to orders that have been placed. The order are already in the process of being packed and have already shipped from our fulfillment center.
How do I cancel my order?
Depending on when you cancel your order, one or more of the conditions of our Cancellation policy may apply:
- Any cancellations made 7 days or fewer days before your delivery date will result in a credit to your Rent the Runway account. A $12.95 cancellation fee will be deducted from that credit (applicable to all orders ).
