Can I replace my rental?
Unfortunately, we do not offer replacement for rentals. We recommend adding a back up size or style if needed for extra security when you place your order.
None of the styles in my order fit, will you replace all of them?
Do I have to send my original rental back in order to receive a replacement?
Yes! You'll still need to drop off your original (unworn) rental at USPS by its original rental end date in order to avoid late fees.
What happens if only one of the items in my order doesn't fit?
